So, what kind of movies do you guys like? Back home, I mean. I know stuff is weird here and some movies don't exist, and they have stuff some of us don't have back home, so if there's any good universe-local movies I'm missing out on that only exist here, I could use some recs, too. Bonus points if there's any really good alternate universe versions of stuff I'd know from home. Negative points if it's propaganda crap, because there's enough of that on TV as it is.

I needed a break from my actual project, so I bought it to play around with. So I'm trying to see if there's anything I can do to make it a better projector. I wanna rig up a big screen to watch movies on.

Yeahhh, that's still a crowd. I'm thinking more like twenty people, maybe thirty, tops. I'm not sure I can fit more than that in my back yard, and if I try to cram anywhere near that many people in the living room, one of my roommates might actually kill me.

Two: Okay, fine, not all romcoms are that bad, they're just not my thing. Except for classics, obviously. When Harry Met Sally, Pretty Woman... I'm even down with 10 Things I Hate About You. I'm not against them as a genre, they're just not my first pick.

I'm gonna guess The Lion King. Which yes, totally, you should. The sequels are pretty hit or miss, though, but The Lion King 1½ was pretty funny.
