So, what kind of movies do you guys like? Back home, I mean. I know stuff is weird here and some movies don't exist, and they have stuff some of us don't have back home, so if there's any good universe-local movies I'm missing out on that only exist here, I could use some recs, too. Bonus points if there's any really good alternate universe versions of stuff I'd know from home. Negative points if it's propaganda crap, because there's enough of that on TV as it is.

If you'd ever even watched My Best Friend's Girl you would realize it only becomes more relatable as you mature and learn relationships are more complex than a twelve year old might imagine. Try watching it and educating yourself.

What kind of movies are you doing at your movie night? Star Wars?

This world doesn't even have Star Wars. I'm kind of leaning towards Operation Implausible, which is apparently this world's take on Mission Impossible. Normally it wouldn't be my first pick, but a friend suggested it, and it sounds too funny to pass up.

Apparently this world has some weird combo of the Terminator and Love Actually, so maybe we can get the best of both worlds. Brainless action and compelling romantic comedy.
