Since it seems as though Kate Bishop has left us, I've gone ahead and drawn up a copy of her FAQ. You can now find it here. Considering she clearly put effort into making and keeping track of this, it's not something I'm prepared to let to go to waste. In the same vein as when she first shared this, if you think I left out something important, let me know so it can be added. Comments, questions, or remarks are welcome.

[There are certainly Walter Whites being rude. But this is public so if Will picks up on any strain, he's not about to ask. Best to sound relaxed, comfortable. Welcoming.]

Just keeping an updated list, Doctor Chilton. [Said with something akin to polite respect instead of the exact opposite.] Not too different from what has to be done as a teacher. Something familiar to pass the time with, that's all.

[Sort of like stepping into the fray, whoops.]

Teaching. [He nearly makes a snide comment -- it can be heard in his tone -- but after a beat, Chilton refrains. Will referred to him as Doctor Chilton, in public. That had the intended soothing effect.] We all have our patterns, I suppose.

And it appears that one consistent pattern among our number is not helping those willing to inform.

[Grey's the only one who's spoken up vehemently about necessary additions, which fit his own agenda and doesn't surprise Will at all. But he has a funny feeling that's not, really, what Chilton's referring to here. Perhaps the mess about those who didn't speak up regarding Crane? Still...]

If there's anything I've left out you [feel] believe should be added, all you have to do is let me know.

[He's all ears about helpful information, so to speak. Except Grahams don't use that phrase and literally everyone from Baltimore knows why.]

I am hardly here to criticize you, Will. And we are not in a session.

I wouldn't considering you calling attention to an oversight on my part to be criticism. I opened the floor to the possibility I'd miss something important when I took this on.

[No comment about session. He is, however, growing inspired to rudely dick around on his communicator in the middle of their next one just to see how Chilton reacts.]

I had assumed. But now that we don't have any appearances to maintain...what would you like to discuss, Frederick?

[Two words, void of judgment, with just enough inflection to make anything else pointless. No need to add Go on? or What happened? Chilton's got his full attention, has him following along the trail laid out so far, what next?]

[He lets that hang for a second, and then:]

The patient in question is not stable, and you have such experience with instability. [A beat. Because that sounded like an insult, which he didn't mean.] I am only inquiring your interest, Will. No commitments yet.

All right. [No insult taken; feels more like talking shop. He can appreciate Chilton presenting this as though Will can choose not to commit to whatever it may be instead of telling him to get his ass out of bed, there's a body in a hotel bathtub, he has twenty minutes.] What is it about this particular unstable patient?

He has taken an interest in me. In -- specifically, in subverting the hierarchy of our doctor-patient relationship.

I thought I could control the matter.

[Give him a second, where he may fondly be recalling sleeping outside in July...]

Would ending your doctor-patient relationship change anything? Diminish his interest, intensify it?

[ Um. Yes. Walter White is watching you, Chilton. And he noticed that this conversation dropped off at a non-dropping off point. ]

Did you just go private with him? What are you telling him.

I -- nothing! I am not telling him anything. I lost interest in Will Graham.

[Lied the (terrified) lying liar.]

Don't lie to me, Chilton. He opened the floor for you to insult him, welcomed it, even. Like you would just pass up the opportunity.

Despite apparent popular belief, I do not spend all of my leisure hours simply insulting people! What are you worried about? You know I would not discuss the details of any recent endeavors you may have provoked.

I am worried because you sent him after me twice now. What's to stop you from doing so a third time? He's invested in our little game, a third player you sometimes bring in to force me into a corner. And I don't like it.

I don't like him.

Why are you so invested in him anyway?

Why am I so invested in Will Graham? The only other person from my world is a teenage girl! I think it is fair to maintain contact with those of significant familiarity.

You're in a world more expansive than that. You don't need the people from home anymore because there are different ones here. Better ones.

Who else would give you $750,000 to do with as you please?

Walt. Wealth does not compete with foundational -- oh, no, I do not even believe myself uttering that, consider it dropped.

[A beat.]

Will is something of a friend. We have both been through a lot. Leave it be.

Not when it involves me.
