Since it seems as though Kate Bishop has left us, I've gone ahead and drawn up a copy of her FAQ. You can now find it here. Considering she clearly put effort into making and keeping track of this, it's not something I'm prepared to let to go to waste. In the same vein as when she first shared this, if you think I left out something important, let me know so it can be added. Comments, questions, or remarks are welcome.

["Fetch"? Nah, why doesn't he try "speak" first?]

I'm aware this is in no way the same, whatever is going on. It can't be.

That is why I tried to escape. That is why I had to get away. The only way he would let me go was if I had died. And that was why I made the choice I did and ran.

after I misread something importantand eventually decides close to neutral but still willing to help isn't the worst idea. No, the worst idea is a question he has thanks to Skye's looking into things and probably should be unleashed at the worst time ever. Like all worst ideas.]Is there something you think I can do about this, Mr. White, or do you just need somebody to talk to?
[Slaps a restraining order on both of them.]

[No mention of standing in Walter's place, looking at the bloody mess and doing his thing. No mention of what Will's particular brand of empathy means, no mention of what he picked up from that scene, nope.]
Would you have used the same approach if you didn't have someone who could heal you close at hand?
no subject
No.
I would have made the shot a fatal one were it not for him.
[ Because unfortunately Jesse wouldn't just let Walt die like he wanted to. ]

May I ask why?
[Why does he want to off himself? Sure, yeah. But there's a more important factor beneath this, and that's whether or not Walter has realized or accepted the fact that death is a bit different in this place. Does he not know, or does he not just care? If it's the former, that's a detail to tuck away for a rainy day! Maybe correct. Maybe not. If it's the latter...well, nothing he can do about that, most likely. Ain't his place.]

Do you know what it's like to fight so hard to have things end the way you want them to -- only to have that ending robbed from you and wind up in a world where nothing makes sense? Do you know what it's like to have people here from home, but you're somehow from their future -- so you know how things are going to turn out while they have no clue? And all you can do is wait for the inevitable? When all the choices you've made finally catch up to you?
My life here is a constant torture, and no matter what I do to try and escape any of my problems -- I can't seem to get away.
no subject
Yes, Mr. White. I know exactly how you feel.
[How surprising. Except Will doesn't view it as torture, and he knows better than to say that outright.]
You're right about death here, too. It's a toss up.
I don't know if there's anything more I should say. It's not my intention to overstep boundaries with personal matters such as these.

[ Or tell you, Walt is really saying. ]

[He was in Chilton's unhappy fun home for like six weeks and wouldn't even take a book, okay, his imagination is super great. He can just go fishing if anything crops up he doesn't want to hear. But more likely than not he'll listen intently. Maybe pay for Thai again, wow.]
But we all have long, complicated stories. It should be up to the individual who they choose to tell. To let in on their story. It would be rude to insist otherwise.
[You know, unless it's someone running around causing trouble and spilling details would be beneficial. Will's had quite a bit of his past tossed around on the Network since he's been here, and hell if he likes it, or finding out people get to know about Abigail Hobbs from anyone who isn't her, but. He can't stop the Freds. He also doesn't know any about behind-the-scenes snooping that's gone on, either, perhaps that's obvious to Walter here and now, that Will's out of the loop. Even though he's had plenty of people from home who knew, there was a whole wealth of decay and rot under what they were aware of. No one but Hannibal could really, really stand a chance at destroying Will's reputation, but why would he? That wasn't how they operated. So his crew can say whatever and Will's just going to deal with it, but that doesn't mean he likes it. He just tolerates it, because that's part of life. Especially in Baltimore. Being rude gets a person eaten in Baltimore, too. So Will won't insist.]

But Walt has to remember Chilton's there talking privately to him right now. And it's very likely about him. And Walt doesn't buy for a minute that just because Chilton didn't 'disclose Walt's name' -- Will doesn't know who he means. Because Will's a smart man, unfortunately. ]
I wish we had met under different circumstances. Truly, I do.

Feeling's mutual, Mr. White.
