( guess who's back, back again? here she is, the grumpy savior, and... unbelievably, she's doing kind of okay. not, you know, great... but kind of okay.

( no seriously. a lot of dreamcatchers. she can get about an hour of sleep a night on a good night, so far, and the rest of her nights are spent failing at crafting and making dreamcatchers. )

dream magic, huh? never heard of anything like that.

( the curse is a greedy thing, about power it doesn't understand. she is never going to get used to how it craves more and new and different, to be the master of it all. )

these aren't magical, or... I haven't enchanted them to be. they're just string and feathers and wood. the people that used to make them believed that they could catch and capture bad dreams and let only the good through. sometimes believing in something can make it true, though I couldn't tell you if dreamcatchers worked that way.

I enter the dream and take care of the nightmare directly. I mean, technically it's not a job, but I think that's what Dream Eaters are supposed to do, so that's what I've decided to do

and does that keep the nightmare from happening again? what happens to the person that used to dream it?

sounds good to me. I'm at work 9-5 most days, except for weekends.

So far, the ones I've done, I've had the person take care of the nightmare aspect themselves. I've just acted as a guide
I'm not sure if it'll come back or not, though. I don't actually know much about this. It's a new power for me, so I'm still experimenting
