I've been trying to find ways to relax. I'm not really any good at it. Just came back from being at sea for two weeks, isolated from society. It was extremely pleasant.
[ and around this point there some links to show photographs he had taken. all very pleasant... if you ignore the starfish eating a fish at the end. ]
Now I'm back and I find myself lost in society and its stresses. I work 12 hour days and sleep about 6 to 7. Research is my only outlet, my field being in Marine Biology. That and watching too much true crime dramas, but watching serials about betrayal and murder might not be a healthy way of de-stressing. Allegedly.
So I'm fielding suggestions. I'm sure you're all a very calm and collected bunch who can be of help.
[ ... ]
On an unrelated note: fish don't smoke. And never will. Evolution doesn't work that way.
[ callout because that's just one of his recent stresses. ]

Also why isn't research relaxing? I think it is. [#notajoke]

The turtle was fine. Just not photogenic. The second photo is Eusmilia fastigiata - smooth flower coral, retracted. Didn't get a chance to photograph it feeding.

Maybe video games? Ooor stargazing! Ever tried art? Or maybe take up a sport or art.

All good suggestions. I do practice art to a degree. [ does it count if his Stand does all the work? he's going to rule a yes on that! ] Unfortunately I have proven to myself that I am horrible at video games, unless I cheat.

[She can't help enjoy the links to the pictures he has taken on his voyage. It was clear he had fun getting away from everyone. Too bad his idea of downtime sounded..........terrible.]
Have you ever taken a nap on a tree branch and looked up at the clouds? If you want some ways to destress, I really recommend it! I know it has helped a lot for me after losing my job and all.
And! Why would anyone think fish can smoke? That's just weird. I hope it isn't one of your scientist buddies said that, not even as a joke.

I can't say I have. I don't relax easily - outside especially. Maybe not under a tree, but cloud watching could be a way to relax my mind. Fall into something larger than everything around us.

While Josuke reads everything Jotaro has written and he has more than a few suggestions for how to destress that he can offer up, there's one very important one he needs to get out of his system first...]
here's a great way to unwind, jotaro-san

As for relaxation, I like gardening, and cooking. Doing something with my hands relaxes me. Or just a glass of scotch.

Cheap canned beer is the only thing that suits my tastes. Anything harder and I start feeling depressed.
