How do you convince government authorities that you're not just feigning ignorance, you're actually computer technology illiterate? This is almost two hours of being told I'm a potential hacker, and while I almost laughed the first time they said it, I'm now wasting my pee break asking for help proving the only way I'll be hacking into a computer is with an axe.

Do you know if any of the information was even new?

It wasn't news to anyone here long enough to be paying attention. Is it new to the public? Probably. Not to us, which makes this moronic.

That just means they want to stop whoever it was from trying a better channel of information.

Consider what else this world has for information exchange in an ongoing fashion. It's not as easy to manipulate as where we're from. Not in the sense of what you have to do in order to keep information repressed... that was a problem here back in the 1980's. Our current hosts were part of that solution. Kind of curious.

We can't really compare anything back home to this world, and you know that. There aren't enough people to worry about with the information.

Military state, heavy on the censorship. Might sound more familiar to us. Either way, heroes and imPorts and the branch of the military we're under were all responsible in changing that chokehold, in a manner of speaking.

I don't know that any of us have the firepower to overturn anything.

If we did or didn't, it's not important at the moment. Change needs internal support. That's where the heroes came in.
