This is markedly different from the shit they were shooting earlier, and reading about the violence sends a wash of icy, metaphorical water down his back. His spine tingles, not in excitement like it would before one of the many Annalise's cases, but with fear.

[Marked difference indeed. Will thinks for a second about his options here, because he's been around. He knows how some things work pretty well. Those kids? Yeah, he's a legal guardian for one.
