How many of you have 'side effects' from them? Anybody know? I know there's gotta be more than one... but it's not all of you, is it?

i like quiet places when this happens. having repeated actions (rituals i think is this word?) helps me as well. i smoke cigarettes but these are unhealthy and you should not do it.
