The cat!! Naming pets is a normal practice isn't it???

It makes it easier to refer to them rather than 'my cat' especially if you have numerous pets so you don't have to establish 'my black and white cat' or 'my cat that meows when it wants food' you can just say 'Furball' kind of like a reference number but names are easier to remember than numbers, and they also hold sentimental value since there's effort and thought put into assigning names instead of numbers!!

Tetsuo still hasn't come to reclaim his phone yet. It belongs to the kitten for now.]

[The sentence stalls as Tetsuo does some mental figuring to try to see if that was his brain hating him or he actually heard that]

[ Tachikoma starts trying to pull up Tetsuo's phone on the network trying to hack its GPS. ]

You know what? Forget it.

[That'll be a thoroughly easy hack. Tetsuo clearly has no skills with encryption and has done nothing to customize his communicator, so it's as standard as they come. Current location: Fifth government housing unit, Nonah, United States.]

Tachikoma zoomed out of the garage of Nonah #7 where her charge station was and headed to Nonah #5.

...hunh? The door...?

[It's 1:15 AM, who the hell...? He waits for a bit to see if anyone else gets it first, but no one does. The doorbell's pretty inaudible from where he is, maybe no one else heard it.

Fine...

He slowly drags himself out of bed, leaning heavily on the walls to wind his way downstairs and to the door. He's so not in the mood for this; being upright only makes his head pound more right now. Whoever it is can go bite him.

The door yanks open with a flex of his mind, and - and...]

YEAAAUGH!!

[Tetsuo backs away hurriedly, loses his footing, crashes to the ground, continues trying to backpedal away.]

[ Tachikoma looks behind her, looking scared!! ]

Is it invisible???

[ If that's the case better turn invisible too! Tachikoma ducks behind the doorframe and activates her Thermoptic Camouflage, almost perfectly blending into the surface next to her. ]

[It's about as peaceful as nights get here in Nonah, with a nice breeze drifting through the midnight air and rustling the leaves. All around, there's very little out and about. Somewhere, an owl sounds.

And then there's two more-or-less kids locked in a spiral of scaring each other. Tetsuo screams again for good measure, flattening himself as much as possible against the wall, not daring to move enough to stand up.]

[ Tachikoma remains petrified and against the wall! Maybe the invisible monster could see her even if she was invisible better not risk moving!!! But it was pretty bad that she was in human form because she barely had any useful scanners in this form except like smell and she didn't smell anything particularly noticeable its too bad she didn't have like dog smell or something anyway she better call BACKUP.

She hacked into the police dispatch and inserted an APB on the location warning of INVISIBLE MONSTER. ]

[One advantage of being registered? Being able to access the emergency notification system. Upon getting the INVISIBLE MONSTER notice, Sabriel headed over, armor, sword, and bells hastily thrown on, all of her senses reaching out to try to find the threat, with one hand resting on her half-drawn sword.]

Is anyone there? [Her tone isn't particularly threatening, at least.]

Tachikoma dropped her cloaking and peaked her head out. "Sabriel! SSsshhhh! There's an invisible monster!!!"
