I'm sorry to ruin all of the pleasant news that's been shared recently, but this is important.

[this is quite a departure in tone from what people on the network usually hear from Jonathan - it's steely and solemn, no trace of the sunny young man chatting amiably about dogs and lost items.]

A week ago two imPorts were kidnapped by a man named Robert Jennings for the sole purpose of hunting them down like animals. [the disgust in his voice is barely contained] They were rescued and Mr. Jennings himself was apprehended - but a group called the Go Fors whose services he utilized is still operating.

They provided technology which made it possible to spirit the pair of them away without causing suspicion, as well as keep them trapped long enough to be hunted. There were at least six individuals involved; I can provide names and some other information to whoever would like it.

This can't be allowed to happen again. I'll do whatever I can to help anyone interested in taking this up as well, whether through more details or physical assistance, but...in the meantime, please be careful, everyone.

[there's no telling what else they might attempt before they're brought down.]

Mr. Jennings had very little involvement in the technical side of things - he simply provided an explanation of what he wanted and the money, and the Go Fors took care of things without asking any questions.

The people who were directly involved were Carlton Miller, Bennie Robertson, Ruben Chavez, Lula Marsh, Angela Gutierrez, and Toby Reyes. Miss Gutierrez is a paramedic, and Miss Marsh is a pilot. They're all native to Florida, although not the Heropa area.

There was a nullifier on the island where this all took place, along with something that made it appear as if the kidnapped imPorts had never left Florida. No one knew they were gone until they managed to contact us.

He wanted a hunt with uniquely challenging prey and the opportunity to obtain a living trophy for his collection.

[Jonathan's lip curls up, unable to hide that white hot disdain any longer. this is all especially repugnant to him because it hits similar chords to Dio's rampage - all those people mangled and thrown about simply because they could be, as if they were animals.]

He tried to justify himself with the mess the Hornets had caused.

Please, tell me when you plan to pursue the actual kidnappers. That cannot be meant for anything good, even if they did not participate in the attempted hunt.

[This makes him question more than ever what this government intends with bringing in new imports. If anything, their presence seems to be doing more harm than good that he's seen. At the very least, they seem to be doing nothing yet they are deciding the people or being hunted by criminals. It is troubling.]

[there's a weight to the sympathy that typically would be absent. even though the immediate danger has been averted, Jonathan still feels personally responsible for the entire thing. if he'd been more diligent in his responsibilities, this incident could have been stopped before it ever got off the ground. no one would have been spirited away, and no one's friends would have had to suffer through the agonizing feeling of helplessness that came along with it.

The members need to be tracked down and questioned, it would be useful to find and analyze the technology they've been using, as well as seeing if we can find lists of their clients...
