Hi hi hi everyone, I have an important question. [ he holds up a finger, tilts his head as if a thought had just occurred to him. he's so preoccupied he was going to launch himself into his spiel without even introducing himself. ] I'm being rude. I am Henry Cheng, and we were wondering —

[ the not so tall and in fact very short girl interrupts. ] We're looking for someone we know! [ she pulls a little face, looking over at Mr. Henry Cheng. ] A few people, actually. [ okay, maybe that was a little rude. she murmurs something unintelligible and takes a step back. please, proceed. ]

And that was my lovely friend Blue. [ he gestures with a flourish toward her, shoots her a wink, absolutely unbothered by the interruption or her outburst. ] As she said, we are looking for someone. Multiple someones. I'm sure this place has a list of sorts, yes? A quick way to CTRL-F a friend's name and find out their status?

[ he looks a bit more serious, then, like underneath the cheerfulness he's exhausted. his next words are very earnest. ]

We would appreciate any info. Thank you.

[ in the background, Blue begins tromping away, shedding dead leaves for some reason, and can be vaguely heard to say 'maybe we should've mentioned Gansey by name' before the video ends. ]

[ Really, really sorry about this. Both the sudden flutter of dead leaves in front of the screen and the response, which amounts to: ] Back? [ Half-confused, half-distressed, fully Blue Sargent flavored interrogative. ]

[ His smile is prepared for a public audience. His eyes are so relieved, please tell him where you are immediately so that he can find you and bring you home with him. ]

[ Oh, thank... whoever. Someone. Blue has apparently assumed control of the phone for a moment, because it's her face that fills the screen first. She opens her mouth and says nothing.

Shuts it. Looks over her shoulder, then glances back and tries a second time. ] Gansey, where-- what do you mean, 'took our time?' [ Her tone is a little uneasy.

Which, all things considered... ] Where are you? Are you okay? [ Henry, help. ]

[Noah mentioned a friend named Blue, and it's not like that's a common name. Cosima could be wrong, but she has a hunch she knows the group of teenagers they're looking for.]

Let me guess. Two of those people are named Noah and Gansey.

[oceiteres]

[ That is not the reply Blue was expecting, if her expression is anything to go by. She looks momentarily suspicious. ] Maybe. Why do you ask? [ This is a little overwhelming. ]

Right for one! But I do not know the other. [ should...he...? he's confused. ] This Noah, is he a friend of Gansey's?

[And a pause.]

[oceiteres]

[ Blue's about to have a headache, isn't she? ] If you keep using your phone, people are going to start thinking they can get ahold of you with it.

Lynchasaurus Rex! Yo. [ he's really not sure what the status is on... timelines. things seem fuddled. ] Got a q for you.

[A familiar face pops up quite suddenly on the broadcast, bright and curious and sitting way too close to the camera. He doesn't give a rat's ass about Henry right now. In fact, he barely even recognizes him. Sorry Cheng.]

Blue! Can you hear me?

[He thought this was going to be awkward, that it was going to hurt to see her again. But right now, all he can think about is the joyful desperation that she's here. Blue Sargent is here, right in front of him.

Oh, and so's that other guy.]

[ Henry is a very special and valued member of this team, Noah!

And yet, Blue seems pretty interested at the sight of Noah. Her heart is full of a complicated cluster of emotions. They're all sort of at war with one another. She's also looking pretty leafy again.

That's leafy! Not... weepy. We'll not draw attention to her face, where the remnants of angry looking wounds still linger. ]

Noah-- you're here? [ That probably came out less sure than she meant. ] I mean, someone said they talked to you... but I didn't think...

[ Blue Sargent is sort of speechless? ]

[ See, Dorian knows Blue (because surprise, been here before). And he knows that he needs to behave. And he knows that he's gonna have the wrath of Gansey on his ass if he tries to be a dick to Blue.

....so he's just gonna kind of breeze past her and talk to Henry instead because he has absolutely no idea who this person is. Dorian's wearing a button-up Oxford that just screams "made of money" and he's got a British accent as he talks. ]

Pleasure to see you again, Blue. But I don't believe I've ever met you before, Henry—which is a shame because I'm the sort of person who tries to know everybody.

[Noah's eating a sandwich now, but he pops back into the broadcast to shout four muffled words - ]

Don't listen to him!

[aglonby]

[ blue is shooting a confused look at the screen, so henry will gladly answer first. ]

Also a shame because, not to toot my own horn, I am a delight. [ cheng takes it he's never been here before and simply forgotten, then. or maybe he was, but he wasn't friends with the others yet, and that's why this guy hadn't met him — but he's over thinking it. ] Are you friends with the others, then?

[ if he knew blue... he probably knows the others. ]

[oceiteres]

[ A few things.

First, if you're terrible to Blue, you will have the wrath of Blue on you. But Dorian knows Blue! Thus he must know that's so, right?

Second, what is she to do with this? Noah says the guy is a jerk and she trusts him, but Blue makes her own decisions about everything, including people she talks to. But she's still a little uneasy about people knowing her when she can't remember having ever met them. But! But. He mentioned her and then moved on by, which kinda gets her dander up.

Hello, she's right here! Then again, what Noah said...

So, you see how this is getting sort of circular, right? ]

Apparently I can't say the same. [ Well, that's true no matter how you slice it? ]

[ It's the relatively cool guy with the glowy hands!

I'm Blue. [ Glancing over her shoulder. ] Is it-- do you know Henry? [ Just got here = maybe not someone who already knows her? She needs a guide or something. With names and pictures. ]

Hey, So-So! [ that's cool, though, someone else that just got here instead of someone that seems to know everyone (but him...). ] I am sure you'll meet them shortly. Made any friends of your own so far?

[ This is getting almost routine, but he doesn't seem bothered. ]

I didn't know you knew Cheng.

[ Matthew doesn't know him well either, not personally. But Henry Cheng is a difficult person to miss when one attends Aglionby Academy, and his good humor always made Matthew think he must be okay. ]

[ Matthew, you're so cute. ]

No, apparently not. [ Which is a pile of butts topped with more butts and Blue's not happy about it, but she won't grouch around with Matthew. ] I'm guessing you know Henry from school.

[ This is pretty obvious, but now she knows about all this weirdness with timelines and whatnot, so it might be better if she's a little vague.

Hey, it's Nice Lynch! [ he does remember the petition signing, so you're in his good books. plus, matthew has always seemed like a happy, bright person, and henry admires that.

but also, it's weird how there are so many raven boys here already. ] Is the whole school here, or what? Haha!

[ He'd been underneath a car when this went up, so he's a little late. That doesn't mean the very minute he'd heard their voices that he hadn't fumbled with his device to get the feed going. It was so automatic a reaction he hasn't done anything to get rid of the smear of grease underneath his right eye. He'll probably be annoyed about that later.

( He has no idea why Henry Cheng of all people is with Blue, but it's doing little to scupper his all out relief at seeing her again. ) ]

Has Gansey come to pick you guys up yet? [ Hello, hello, he is so glad you're back. ]

[ Oh, Adam. Look, Blue's just so relieved to see you that she doesn't notice any grease or anything. ]

We're headed your way. [ Presumably. Either they're waiting on Gansey or they're in transit. ] Adam, I'm... really glad to see you. [ She looks it, but maybe in a weirdly tired sort of way. This isn't helped along any by the business on her face. That's the scratches, not the random leafy detritus that shows up once or twice in this video and the earlier one.

How much more confusing can this day get? ]
