I was going to apologize for throwing more inane bullshit on here, but since we're all going to be dying of plague soon I guess it's actually kind of topical. Get out while you still can, you know?

Anyway. Has anyone from an earth like this visited their home here? Was that kind of fun or just massively depressing?

And uh, I guess if the overwhelming answer is depressing I'm also taking vacation recommendations. I'm not really picky as long as it's somewhere kind of quiet and thought provoking. Someplace you can clear your head, you know?

I was in Germany for a few days. I heard London's not bad either, although that was back home. Couldn't really tell you what it's like here.

I don't think I'd want to visit my place. Not to mention, some landmarks don't exist here, so I don't think my place does, either.

Not the entire thing. Soem buildings, for example. My university doesn't exist here, neither does the apartment complex I lived in.

Who's going to willingly stay somewhere full of terminally contagious people when they can still get out? It's totally relevant.

Not really, but it's a little too close to enemy territory for them to want to send imPorts unless they were on a mission probably. And I'm not that interested in going on one of those. Besides, I'm not that interested in going there anyway. It's not my real country, no one I know would be there.

Well, I can't really speak for whether going home would be depressing or fun, but I can say that where you want to go probably depends on what sort of interests you have. So.

What sort of interests do you have?

I don't know, I wasn't exactly planning it around the things I liked. I like...video games? And drawing? And I don't know, not a lot of stuff that makes for a focused vacation.

That's hardly true. You could always look into places with beautiful scenery or museums if you're interested in art. Or... a video game convention?

I doubt I'm going be getting out, but I would have liked to see Osaka. See if it's the same.

I don't even know if I could go back to Japan.

But if you get a chance. Osaka was the best place in the world. Even if it's not very quiet.

Japan's great. Especially this time of year. Go when the cherry blossom festival is happening if you like trees.

One of the cities that doesn't exist here I guess it's weird there's houses there and some shops that are similar but otherwise it's completely different.
