she's ... funny, amazingly intelligent, kind, compassionate. she cares about other people, wants to help them and do good and make a difference. she laughs at my jokes and knows i'm a dweeb, but likes me anyway. she makes a mean mac and cheese, too. and .. she's been through a lot, but it hasn't made her hard or mean or anything. she listens to me, and she's there for me, even if i do something dumb as hell, like eat too much halloween candy.

and she's ... one of the most beautiful women i've ever met. like, ever.

If this is for who I think it is, you can't go wrong with chocolate. Maybe a "netflix and chill" movie bucket, filled with your faves?

it's ... a commercialized holiday that's meant to celebrate relationships, but has really become an excuse for people to drop ridiculous amounts of money on some contrived profession of "love" or "feelings" so they don't have to show any affection until christmas or a birthday.

but i actually like it, for what it's supposed to be.
