[ Hey, everyone. It's Walt. You may remember this guy from such videos as drunk posting in his underwear. But in case you don't (and hopefully you don't), Walt is fully clothed this time. He still looks every bit as weary as his video debut, but at least he isn't drunk. That's a plus. ]

I apologize in advance for any inconvenience. It seems as though the Heropa pharmacy was caught up in whatever chaos erupted in the city and suffered some damages. We will be closed until further notice, but I will be doing my best to ensure prescriptions still get out to everyone who used my pharmacy to have them filled. We have a sister pharmacy that has temporarily taken on accounts here in Heropa. Though if it's more convenient for imPorts, I can have things forwarded to the other imPort cities.

Repairs have already begun, so I don't anticipate us being closed for over a couple weeks. If anyone wants to offer their assistance in helping rebuild the damaged sections, it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I hope everyone has been well and continues to be well now that the worst of this is all behind us.

Yes. But it could have been worse. No one was inside when it happened, thankfully.

I trust you'll be able to make arrangements with your patients for the time being?

[ Norman rarely forgets a first impression, although he's willing to set them aside when the second impression seems much more interesting. Such as the case may be now. He's willing to listen, at least.

In a measured and calm voice, Norman inquires: ]

And the medications themselves -- is there enough inventory? Supplies?

Most of what was damaged were the over-the-counter products and other medical items in the front half of the pharmacy. The pharmaceuticals we keep in back were fortunately safe.

Small miracles, I suppose.

Oh no. Not at all. I wasn't there at the time this happened, fortunately. I'm not even entirely sure what happened. Could have been the dragon, could have been random chaos.

We're lucky. Very, very lucky that this happened after hours and no one was in the building.

The destruction was pretty focused. Like...oddly so, so I mean, uh...at least it didn't all go to shit. Otherwise I'd say fuck it and cut your losses.

[ Walt laughs, though it is a little nervous. ]

I don't think there's anything weirdly concentrated about the front of the building getting damaged. The front is easily accessible and it's where you would try to get in. I can't say what happened for certain, but after doing an inventory, I can tell you there are missing medications, things that didn't get hit in the blast. Some of the supply is also missing from the back. Someone got in.

[ An elongated sigh. This actually was a side-effect of what Walt did. He didn't plan for the place to be looted, but hey -- someone saw the opportunity and seized it. ]

Mostly pain medications -- oxycodone in particular. Thank god they weren't able to access the lab.

That would be amazingly helpful. The sooner we can open, the better. I'm not sure if everything is in tact. I haven't personally removed anything, but the pharmacy was looted as a result of whatever happened and a few repairs have begun to the major sections.

It's mostly structural damage. A few walls were blown apart, the ceiling caved in one section, flooring got damaged and shelving got cracked. Any assistance you could offer would be very much appreciated.

But yes, essentially. Well, that is the job they gave me here. I'm more specifically a chemist.

What kinda repairs you need?

It's mostly structural. The walls, roofing and flooring. A few shelving units got damaged in the blasts, too. But I may just order replacements for those.
